Great van in running condition. New Michelin tires, new sparks. Almost no rust. Doors open and close easily, windows are manual and work fine. From Virginia. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a title. Van is being sold for parts. Perhaps you can have luck in researching and replacing the title. Very low mileage, well maintained.
